Aubrey

Clinical Director

Meet our Clinical Director, Aubrey, LISW-S. Aubrey brings a practical and relationship-driven approach to working with adolescents. She has a particular appreciation for young people who may be considered challenging or difficult to engage and believes those behaviors often communicate something important. Her clinical philosophy emphasizes understanding before judgment, accountability without losing connection, and communication that feels genuine rather than scripted. Aubrey believes effective clinical work doesn't require having the perfect words she believes sometimes the real words work better. She strives to create an environment where young people can be themselves while still being challenged to grow.
