Incentivized Services and Independent Living Skills Offered
Willow Branches of Healing empowers residents to build independence and achieve meaningful employment within the community. We provide reliable transportation and practical skill assistance, including help with job searches, applications, interview preparation, workplace readiness, and securing local entry-level positions. Through personalized support and community connections, we help residents develop confidence, gain valuable experience, and take important steps toward long-term stability and success.
Entry Level Jobs Assistance

At Willow Branches of Healing we offer access to personal cellphones and screen time as an incentive for residents to demonstrate responsible behavior and growth. Residents who routinely follow program expectations, participate appropriately, complete their responsibilities, and actively demonstrate respectful and responsible decision making can earn access to their own cellphone and device time on a regular basis. This approach allows our residents to work toward a meaningful privilege while reinforcing accountability, self-discipline, and the understanding that increased independence comes when responsibility is regularly demonstrated.
Incentivized Cell Phone Time

The Willow Branches of Healing program provides residents with personalized opportunities to develop their most important daily living skills through hands-on cooking experiences and household management education. Residents participate in meal planning, food preparation ( that is age appropriate ), and cooking activities that are tailored to their individual abilities. Independent living skills are a fundamental building block that build confidence and promote enduring healthy habits.
Individualized Cooking Labs and Planning

Residents at Willow Branches of Healing can expect to regularly participate in basic house care with the guidance of on-site staff and counseling. They will learn the importance of cleaning routines, organization, laundry, and maintaining a safe and functional household. These experiences are designed to foster independence, personal accomplishment and responsibility, and prepare our aging residents for the every day job of caring for a home.
House Maintenance and Routines

Residents will get a leg up in life with personalized, practical lessons focused on developing the financial skills necessary for greater independence and responsible decision making processes. We offer residents the ability to learn financial planning, including creating and maintaining a realistic budget, avoiding unnecessary spending, setting age appropriate financial goals, prioritizing needs versus wants, guidance with counting and handling money, managing recurring expenses and bills, and priority planning for both expected and unexpected expenses as well as the consequences involved in these financial decisions.
